I Can’t Add a Screen to My Account


If you cannot add a new screen to your account, please make sure:

  1. Your account has a license available for the new screen.  (if you need to add more licenses please contact us )
  2. The device you are using to run the Directable app (such as the Amazon Fire TV stick ) is connected to WiFi and has access to the internet.
  3. You have tried to add the screen in your account within 5 minutes of starting the Directable app (if not just restart the app and it will give you a new code).
