How to flip an upside-down digital sign
Sometimes the slides on a screen may appears as upside down. This typically happens when the screen or TV was installed in this manner. You can "flip" the screen easily from within your Directable account. This will rotate the content 180 degrees and have your content showing properly.
To flip your screen:
- Login to your Directable account at www.directable.com/login
- Select Screens
- Choose the screen you want to flip
- Click on the Edit Screens pencil
- Go to where it says "Orientation"
- Click the checkbox
- Click Save.
Your screen should now be flipped.
